I constantly hear people tell me that they want something and yet their actions rarely match their words. Many people will say they want to change their body and lose fat, yet the effort they put forth is no where near their best.

If you really want something, if you really want to change your body and lose fat, then you have to be prepared to do whatever it takes. You have to be willing to do what is necessary. Even when things get hard and difficult. (And they inevitably will. That’s not being negative thats being real!)

You do not have to do everything perfectly and you don’t have to get everything right the first time… You can afford to mess up and make mistakes when losing fat and getting into the best shape of your life!
As your trainer, your coach and your friend, all I ask of you is that if you truly want something, if you have the desire, then simply give it your best.
